Khaftan is an art and antique gallery which takes its name from the "statement outfit" of the sultans, bringing together some great art and antique collectibles: Rare embroidered fabrics from Ottoman period and precious ceramics, paintings, miniatures, sculptures.

This is exactly like visiting a museum and yet with a minimal add on from low key background music, a rather relaxing experience. An educational and an artsy and antique escape from the crowds of the nearby very famous sites and museums like finding yourself in an oasis.

This special venue reflecting historical and cultural richness of the city, takes its visitors on a journey through time from the 17th century to the 19th century.
